Nutriz VC is a rice based powder, which can be used to produce a unique rice based heavy cream alternative. The fat source is based on rice bran oil, a nutritious source of nutrients and antioxidants. Nutriz VC can be used as a cooking cream, whipping cream or a non dairy coffee creamer.

The product is manufactured by adding the Nutriz VC powder to water, pasteurizing, homogenizing and packing in sterile or refrigerated containers.
