The preferred method of application of CytoGuard LA is through our SLIC™ (Spayed Lethality In Container) technology. The ideal applications for CytoGuard LA are RTE meat and poultry products. It is used at very low levels, and at these typical levels it is does not impact flavor, color, texture or pH of the product.
